owns two large steel joint ventures, Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd. and Sichuan
Dazhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., a large multinational machinery manufacturing
enterprise, Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd., a large commercial and trade
circulation enterprise, Tianjin Yishang Group Co., Ltd., and several hospitals
affiliated with the pharmaceutical sector, including Liaoning Fangda General Hospital
and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (Fangda Hospital).
Fangda Steel
Jiangxi Fangda Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fangda Steel") is a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co., Ltd. (referred to
as "Fangda Group").
Fangda Steel is headquartered in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Its
subsidiaries, Fangda Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as
"Fangda Special Steel"), Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred
to as "Pinggang Co., Ltd.", subsidiaries: Ping'an Iron and Steel, Jiujiang Iron and
Steel), and Sichuan Dazhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "Dazhou Iron and Steel"), are the production bases for Chinese spring flat steel
and automotive leaf springs, Chinese construction steel, and large-scale industrial
enterprises in Dazhou City, Sichuan Province.
Fangda Jiugang
Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as
"Pinggang Company") is a subsidiary of Jiangxi Fangda Steel Group Co., Ltd., which
is affiliated with Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred
to as "Fangda Group"). Pinggang Company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ping'an
Steel and Jiujiang Steel, with an annual steel production capacity of 10.4 million
tons. Since the restructuring of Fangda Group in November 2012, Pinggang Company has
been guided by the corporate culture of "Party building as the soul" in its
enterprise development, adhering to the corporate values of "operating the
enterprise must be beneficial to the country, beneficial to the enterprise, and
